District Committee Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month immediately following Roundtable. They will begin at approximately 8:20 pm in the chapel of the Orem North stake center (1000 N. Main).

Those to attend include:

• Unit Commissioners (Stake YM presidencies, and Stake High Council advisors to YM & Primary)
• Roundtable Commissioners
• Program Committee Members

Unit Commissioners, please come prepared to report on your visits to the Units in your Stake. Reports include:

• The number of unit visits made
• The strengths of those units
• The needs of those units
• How the district can help (with training, programs, roundtable, etc.)

Roundtable Commissioners and Program Commissioners will be present to plan according to the needs expressed by the Unit Commissioners.
